Our cross-media publishing solution is based on two foundations – The Enterprise Server and Content Station. Together they allow you to manage your publication process and publish to any channel at any time – print, online, mobile, email or tablet.
Strong backbone
Enterprise is the backbone you can rely on to handle security, accountability, workflow, storage and interfaces with other systems. It takes care of the entire process, automating steps where possible. This leaves planning, inspiration and creativity to your team. And, its scalability helps teams of 5 users just as easy as organizations with thousands of personnel.
More about EnterpriseSingle interface
Content Station is the visible part of the solution: a single interface for all steps of the publishing process. It allows all your team members to participate in planning, searching, collecting, creating, managing and publishing stories to various output channels. Using either the desktop version or the Web version, your staff can work regardless their location.
More about Content StationThroughout the publishing process our Content Station offers all your team members one single interface!

Planning.
A piece of cake
Managers or editors get together and plan what textual, graphic, audio or video materials to use and then make assignments. A page planning application can also be used in this step, showing reserved space for advertising or editorial content.
Gather/Create
Using familiar applications
Your people gather and create content using WoodWing's Content Station, Adobe InDesign, InCopy, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office and other applications.
External content External sources such as a website, agency or wire feeds like Reuters, archives, RSS feeds or third-party DAMs can be directly searched and accessed from Content Station, offering an easy and uniform user-interface to all these different systems.
Select/Edit
Easy and fast
The select/edit stage is where content managers choose which pieces of content to deliver to which mediums or channels. This stage is also where final editing of the content is performed.
